Booking Timeline

3–4 weeks ahead: Limited slots. You may need to accept an early morning or late evening departure.
Last minute: Possible but expect 50%+ surcharge. Only premium operators may have availability.

Things to Check
- Operator has confirmed landing slot at Goodwood Aerodrome (slots are limited during FOS)
- CAA Air Operator Certificate verified
- Return departure time agreed (aerodrome closes 7pm during events)
- Weather backup: low cloud or fog can ground helicopters — have a car backup plan
- Ear protection provided (Hillclimb is loud; aerodrome itself is loud)
